    good length but wrong fittings

    I was surprised that the fittings do not match those of my back-rollers: I had to trim them (cut central part, file others) so to be able to attach them. Well, in the end it is ok but just hope they will last.

    Great after shipping help

    I ordered a replacement pannier strap for one I lost. I knew it might not fit and unfortunately it didn't. I contacted Customer service asking about the return policy and Mark immediately got back to me. Mark was extremely helpful and offered a couple of older gently used buckles (for free) which I could use with the new strap. He even mentioned the name of a person who could do the stitching in my city. Amazing service and the buckles are on their way. Thank you!!
