Lockable adapter for mounting Travel-Biker or Trunk-Bag (with ORTLIEB-Adapter 06/2004 - 2015) on a second bike, or for mounting a basket on the rack (this also requires the adapter for the rear basket, article no. E160).
Simultaneous use of bike panniers with QL1 or QL2/QL2.1 on the side is possible.
Hint: Not suitable for E-Bikes with battery packs attached under the rack and bags with rack-lock adapter.
